Spode Christmas Tree is my Christmas china of choice. I love the simplicity that it offers. You can dress it up with other patterns, gold or silver. Speciality pieces of the pattern allow you to mix it up a little more. I chose to dress it up with Lenox Moonspun and add some color with a dressy red placemat. Fresh greens, Fostoria crystal bowl, cranberries and candles make for a simple yet elegant centerpiece.

Beautiful! I love your choices and it looks so lovely all together on the table!
Fabulous! Thank you for sharing and happy holidays
Hi Lacy,
what a lovely table, so very pretty. I have wanted to use cranberries to decorate and was wondering how long they last??
I also have the same Christmas dishes, and I really enjoy mine as well. They belonged to my late mother-in-law, so that makes them more special.
All your pics are beautiful, enjoyed my time here very much!
May you have a very Special Christmas Season,
Blessings, Nellie
So very pretty! Have a good rest of the week!
Wow! It's gorgeous! I love the cranberries, actually I love all of it!

I love simple but elegant. Nicely done! The addition of the Moonspun was a great choice. Thanks for sharing your beautiful traditional table.
Very nicely done.
I was especially taken with your previous post of the Three Trees. I bet your kiddos appreciate your acknowledgment of their special personalities.
That whole table is wonderfully done. I love what you did with the flatware. That's so creative! I also think the centerpiece is beautiful.
How I wish I had some of those Spode dishes! You are so right about being about to dress them up or use them in more casual settings - love how you've made a fancier look. Your centerpiece is lovely with the votives surrounding the pillar.

This is so pretty! I love the layering you did. I haven't seen the smaller, squarish plates before. Love them!

The tablescape is so pretty. The napkins rings are great and vintage I suppose. They are very interesting.
I'm a Spode Christmas Tree girl myself...love your interpretation for your Christmas tablescape. Thank you for sharing your warm and lovely design. Cherry Kay
